We're a co-founder of United Benefit Advisors, one of the largest employee benefits advisory organizations in the country. UBA is an alliance of the nation’s premier independent benefit advisory firms who have built a foundation of shared values, trust, and integrity.

Our clients include employers in a single office location all the way up to larger firms with multiple offices across the U.S. We provide local expertise with national resources in most of the major cities in the country as well as in Western Europe.

We are highly skilled in the areas of self-insured and fully-funded health & welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified investment plans, and the use of technology in the HR/benefits areas as a means of increasing productivity and communication and decreasing cost.

We can operate on a fee-only basis, or on a commission basis, depending on which best suits our clients' needs.

RFG's primary focus centers around a proprietary consultation process called the Benefits Blueprint SolutionTM.

When coupled with aggressive bidding, it leads our clients to a 3-5 year strategic approach to recruiting and retaining the most productive employees, saving time and money, and meeting their corporate goals.
